Fuel Forward is a nonprofit dedicated to bridging the nutritional gap in youth sports. We provide elite dietary guidance specifically for young athletes, tailoring strategies for Basketball, Track & Field, Volleyball, Soccer, Softball, Swim and more to ensure every competitor has the fuel to excel.
About Us
My mission is to change the way athletes understand strength, performance, and health.
After experiencing RED-S as a young soccer player, I learned firsthand how easily under fueling, overtraining, and silence around recovery can become normalized in competitive sports. I also saw how common misinformation and harmful myths about nutrition can shape the way athletes fuel, train, and view their bodies. I created Fuel Forward to challenge that culture and replace it with education, honesty, and support.
My mission is to help athletes, especially girls and women, fuel properly, recover intentionally, and pursue performance without sacrificing their physical or mental well being. I want to debunk myths around nutrition in sports and give athletes the knowledge and confidence to choose evidence-based fueling, longevity, and health over burnout and harmful standards.
